LIGHT BODY Activation
Light Body Activation is an integral part of the Shiatsu Shin Tia system of bodywork; Light Body Activation also addresses both the physical and energetic components of the body system; however, the session time focused primarily on integrating, harmonizing, and increase the functionality of the chakras and other energetic aspects of the body. Proper alignment and condition of the body systems are highly beneficial for overall health and well-being. Because Light Body Activation is both a part of and an extension of Shiatsu Shin Tai, you will receive Light Body Activation as part of the Shiatsu Shin Tai session. The flow between Shiatsu Shin Tai and Light Body Activation occurs based on the body’s response and resonance during a session.
Light Body Activation Instruction sessions are designed to walk you through a series of proprioceptive and self-exploration exercises that will help you interface more effectively with your body systems, expand your consciousness, and better self-regulate the incoming and outgoing energy. “Jenna has been my go-to practitioner for several years. She is extremely good at what she does. I find her in person shiatsu shin tai sessions incredibly effective in dealing with long term pain management and keeping me emotionally centered. During the quarantine, I also became a huge fan of her distance work. I have experienced some truly profound things; her pre- and post-session discussions are of great benefit. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable, striking a good balance between the academic and esoteric. Her approach is client-focused and personalized. Consider booking back-to-back reiki and shin tai sessions for a particularly special experience.”

I have know Jenna for over 10 years and her in person shiatsu shin tai is my favorite and has helped my rheumatoid arthritis immensely. Recently I had a virtual session where she concentrated on my circulatory system; my blood pressure dropped 10 points and this gave me a general feeling of relief and wellness. She is professional and has a vast knowledge of the human body and its systems.
